Mark is a busness development leader in the industry and has recently joined Pharma Consulting Solutions to spearhead the development of a corporate pharmaceutical initiative.  He is managing PCS government contracts and a novel business model for pharmaceutical sales in niche markets.

He has a long history of leading Operations, P&L managment, multi-channel product distribution, product launches and merger implementations. He is the founding Manager of Vaxserve at VaccessHealth an Aventis Pasteur buisness, and of Covenant Consulting providng key guidance in developing efficient manufacturing, marketing, and resource planning for various clients  including acting as Interim President of a manufacturing firm. 

He has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and has specialized in lean manufacturing techniques, negotiation and product management.
